Rather than the normal brass plated aluminium metal frame, the frame is solid gold plated steel, with clear Lucite legs. The toughened glass surfaces have beveled edges, this is superb quality all round. It rolls smoothly on high quality casters.<\/p>\n<p>The condition is excellent for its age, there is some slight rubbing to the gold plating around the top edges.
