A rare mid-18th century Chippendale period mahogany two-seat settee having pierced acanthus carved arched top rail and central splat carved with ‘C’ scrolls and foliage above shaped outswept arms with acanthus carved supports, raised on cabriole back legs and carved cabriole front legs ending on claw and ball feet. (Central bearer to seat replaced.).
