This outstanding large size period Chippendale English mahogany tilt-top table features a hand carved piecrust top on a birdcage and leaf carving on the tripod legs. This sturdy table could be used as an extra tea table tucked away tilted up or as a small breakfast table for two measuring twenty-eight inches tall when down.
The original brass mechanism on the birdcage is still in tact, all in working order.
