A very good quality late 18th century London longcase clock by ‘Chater and Sons, London’. Having a swan neck pediment, three brass flame finials, blind fretwork, a brass faced arch dial, an eight day movement, chiming on the hour. The flamed Mahogany panels to the trunk and base, reeded inset columns to either side with brass capitals, and stop fluting, raised on ogee feet and a shaped apron.
