This First period Worcester porcelain tea bowl is decorated with the hand painted Mansfield pattern and a hand painted border (refer border pattern No 29, page 409 “Worcester Blue and White Porcelain”, Branyan, French and Sandon.). It has a diameter of 65 mm (2 5/8ths inches) and stands 41 mm (1.65 inches) high. It is in excellent condition and dates from around 1770.
