A very good looking and well-made piece, it is very large and being solid mahogany, really quite heavy. The doors have vintage water glass panels, water glass was the original technique of making glass panels, water always sits perfect horizontal due to gravity so the molten glass was pored in the water to make flat panes, this gives the glass a beautiful water affect

The cabinet has glass shelves to the top and lights, the lights are untested so I would recommend having someone who knows what they are doing, take a look at them. The lights aren’t really needed (or in my experience every used) as you can see the cabinet is sublime as it is

It comes in two easy to transport pieces, it is as mentioned a very heavy and substantial piece

We have cleaned waxed and polished it, it is in perfect period condition throughout, there may be normal age and use related patina marks here and there, nothing serious to note
