A set of four pretty scalloped chinoiserie dishes. Each dish is slightly bowl-shaped and would be fabulous if used as a lemon dish at a place setting, or as a vide poche on a nightstand. Each plate is decorated in hand-painted with a traditional Japanese scene of women dressed in traditional Japanese Geisha attire. Decorative peonies and a garden landscape in muted yellows and bright emerald greens. Around the edges of the scallops on the rims, are painted with small gold accents.
