Original Art Nouveau seating group, consisting of four armchairs and a small table, made around 1910. Very good original condition with minimal signs of wear.

Small table with a round table top, made of mahogany wood. Elaborate piece with a pentagonal base and narrow columns with brass sleeves at the end. Cream-colored leather under a glass plate as a storage surface.

There are also four original Art Nouveau armchairs in an extravagant design, covered in cream-colored leather and equipped with brass feet on the front legs.

Changing the color of the wood or reupholstering it with fabric or leather is possible upon request and at an additional cost.

Vintage Design

Very old garden furniture before 1910 by Walter Baumann. Manufacture established in 1903 in Colombier-Fontaine in Doubs. 1 2-seater bench, 1 armchair and 1 chair.
This set is handcrafted, bentwood structure, armrests and backs reinforced in solid wood. Solid wood seats, openwork wood backs, geometric patterns. Arched feet for good stability.

High quality furniture made from curved wood, painted black, clean and functional design.
Very old W.Baumann et Cie paper label under the seat, very difficult to read because covered by black paint.

Antique Victorian Sofa & Armchair Suite Chinoiserie Upholstery Claw & Ball Feet

We are delighted to offer for sale this exquisite Victorian hand made in England, Walnut framed with Chinoiserie upholstery three piece suite.

A very good looking and well made suite, the frame has ornately hand carved Claw & ball feet which are some of the finest I have ever seen and as reclaimed pieces would be worth a small fortune on their own. The upholstery is Chinese Chinoiserie, it’s a mixture of light gold on white, it looks to be silk thread but I can’t be sure.

In terms of the condition, we have deep cleaned, hand condition waxed and hand polished the timber from top to bottom, the fabric has various transport and storage related marks here and there, I can have it professionally upholstery cleaned for the cost price should the new owner wish. It is not perfect but is in good order as it is
