Mid-Century Italian Sofa in Curved Bamboo and Leather with White Fabric, 1960s

Marvelous Mid-Century organic sofa, fully made in bamboo, knotted leather, and chestnut wood. This incredibly elegant and unique sofa was designed in Italy during the 1960s. This sofa is incredible as it is made in a stunning combination of curved bamboo, rattan and leather and is in amazing conditions. The base of the sofa is made in a gorgeous vibrant maple wood and the whole is enriched by a stunning work of hand-knotted leather. The bottom the sofa has four large solid brass feet. The sofa is in fantastic conditions and is completed by a brand new upholstery in an elegant off-white pure cotton and brand new thick foam which makes this sofa incredibly comfortable. We do also have another sofa, an armchair and a coffee table with the same design that come from the same project. The sinuous lines of this sofa, the warm and natural colors and the combination of the materials make this piece extremely charming and unique.
